SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All items are handmade to order with love and care. Please allow 3-4 days to create your item before shipping begins. If you need your order rushed, please add a note at checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Shipping Methods & Times We ship throughout the UK using tracked delivery services:

• Standard UK Delivery: 2-3 working days after processing
• Express UK Delivery: 1-2 working days after processing (available on request)

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount.

Order Tracking You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, so you can follow your package's journey to you.

Delivery Items will be delivered to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package, or it may be left with a neighbour or at a local collection point.

International Shipping Currently, we only ship within the UK. International shipping may be available in the future.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us immediately at Neutrals2001@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
